When I was young I thought I had alergy on winter as I had the same symptoms as you. But actualy in winter we consumed alot of potatoes which caused that. Maybe in summer You eat some seasonal products which causes this. Earth loccation against sun cant cause gas :)

Have you thought moving to Iceland, Northern Canada or Siberia?

if it's a seasonal thing it's most likely some sort of microorganism in the air ,something you drink or eat that's only out during the summer or possibly some sort of pollen

See an allergist. They should be able to help you figure out what it is that’s causing the problem - Chances are it’s a food that you eat n the summer.

I suffer from IBS and suffer the very same symptoms, it might be something you eat more often in summer. You can Google it and see which foods irritate the condition
