Cravings

Today, I’m trying to be healthy. My friends suggested I keep junk food out of the house so I don’t crave it. Yeah, that didn’t work. My car wouldn’t start so I actually made the four-mile walk to the nearest grocery store to get junk food. FML

Well if you did that walk briskly every day the walk would burn off the calories! :D

Eight-mile round trip on foot? Yeah, that junk food will be worked off in no time. If you want, you could ask the grocery store to only sell you healthy food as an added measure.

Sounds like it's working.. now just make that 4 mile walk every day and keep the junk food to a minimum.

To be honest after all that walking you earned that junk food

Hey you exercised to get it. It's all about balance 💁🏼😂

Sounds like it works then! Yes, you shouldn't eat a ton of junk food or anything, but over all if your goal is to lose weight, if you burn hundreds of calories walking to and from the store, you're gonna be able to take in a lot of snacks and still be alright
