Today, I guess I’m really special because my body can do things others can't, like eat loads of good food and still feel weak and malnourished. Or spend 13 hours in bed and come out bleary-eyed with lack of sleep. FML

My wife had the same thing going on and turns out she has celiac so she cut out gluten and now she’s good

You should get Marvel and DC Comics to get a bidding war started over making a superhero based on your innate superpowers. I'm not sure how Tiredwoman solves crimes in Gotham City or Metropolis, but I know her cape would be a nice, fluffy blanket.

check with a dr. could be a medical issue. are you gaining weight when you eat?

13 hours in bed is far too long. If you're sleeping more than 8-9 hours that's just as likely to make you unhealthy as too little sleep.

The quality of sleep is more important than quantity, but I agree with others. See a doctor. Something is really wrong.

Chances are you really need to see a doctor or at least go to an urgent care clinic. We all get minor illnesses and plenty are going around now that make us feel sick and tired for a few days to weeks. But this is something that should get checked out if it’s ongoing. There are many physical and even mental health issues that can feel like that and this is the season for them.
