(1) Did she tell you that she’s a lesbian or was it someone else? Only she knows how she feels about you. Only believe what she says. (2) Maybe she is bi - meaning she is attracted to both men and women. Again only she can tell you the truth. (3) She sounds like a good friend to have. Talk to her honestly and listen to what she says. You cannot have too many good friends. If that’s as far as it goes it’s still better than nothing. But do believe her in how she feels about you. Don’t hold out hope of a sexual relationship if there is no chance. Accept her as she is.
