“It’s not you, it’s me”… People often try to avoid confrontation (at least at first) when breaking up. They may not actually tell the real reasons for the breakup because they don’t want to argue and fight. It’s not entirely fair to the person being broken up with - But neither is trying to force someone to stay with you if their heart isn’t in it… The time to work on a relationship isn’t when it’s over - Relationships require constant give and take while they are ongoing. In the long run every relationship requires both parties to be happy with the relationship, although just as with anything in life there will be good days and bad days… You cannot force someone to love you no matter how much you want that. Boyfriend is now your ex…

sometimes we don't know we're not ready for things until we're knee deep in it. it isn't fair to assume that people will never change their mind or heart.
