Call them immediately - The number should be on the back of your card. Trust no other number. You might be the victim of a fraud.
How did you know? Did they send the letter to your old address saying you had moved? If that's the case, you have proof right there that no you have not moved. So your life sucks but it'll soon be sorted. I once was told that the reason I hadn't been refunded for medical fees was because the "computer says you're dead" .
Dude - that's identity theft. Call your bank immediately before the thieves empty out your account!
