Do some independent research in the mean time while waiting for the next one and fix simple things that may be the cause, like diet(lack of Iron?) or a poor schedule.
or Vitamin D I was exhausted constantly back in 2019 I had no idea what was going on turns out I was getting all the iron I needed my vitamin D though was critically low doc told me to take 2000mg a day to get me started. Vitamin D has a huge effect on quality of sleep and ability to stay awake.
