Wake up

Today, and for the last 6 months, a coworker of mine is sleeping on the job and we're the first faces the public sees. Multiple coworkers and I have submitted complaints, videos, and interviews regarding this, and still nothing is happening. My supervisor came and saw what was happening and yet still nothing. A lot of extra work is on me. FML

You and your other coworkers should refuse to do the sleeping coworker's work for them or management won't do anything about it.

there is definitely a reason he is untouchable, maybe nepotism. go to hr and file a complaint. maybe you can find out. also all of you refuse to do their extra work.
