Now it is time to launch an elaborate scheme to pretend that house is haunted. I suggest hiding audio tapes with creepy voices and babies crying quietly around the house. Pay off one of the neighbor kids to wait for her and the realtor when they visit and whisper 'They're coming for you.' to her, preferably wearing old-fashioned kids clothing. Go all out. 1) Tell her the former owners comitted murder-suicide and the heirs are just not telling her. 2) Find someone else to buy it fast!
It's illegal in most, if not all, places to not tell prospective buyers about recents murders.
put an offer in on it, then it will be sale pending, stall until she forgets then change your mind. find a nice gift for the Realtor and bribe them is also an option.
