This isn't the first time he's dumped you over a video game? Or do you mean in general? Because if he's dumped you more than once, don't let his sorry ass back into your life. If it is the latter of the two, then I'm sorry for you OP.

happens more then you think. I broke up with my ex bc he couldn't put the game down long enough to have a conversation.

If he's broken up with you over a video game before than I'd be hesitant to get back together with him. And depending how many times he's broken up with you before in general, I'm not sure if I'd recommend getting back together. I usually stick with the 2 times rule, any more than that and it gets ridiculous; the same problems and reasons you guys broke up the first and second time around are still going to be there the third and fourth. Everyone, relationship included, deserves second chances, but third and fourth and you're just getting on the crazy train.
