Today, I was having sex with my boyfriend at his place, taking advantage of having the house to ourselves. Out of the blue, his mother, who already hates me, came in and caught us in the act. Now she hates me twice as much for desecrating her house. And she'll hate me triple when she finds out I'm pregnant. FML

um, condoms? birth control? discretion? when I was in high school, I'd had plenty of chances to get some. I told one of the girls flat out, I don't want to do anything either of us might regret or spend the rest of our lives trying to deal with or remedy. the girl I told this to, got drunk at a party about 2 weeks later and she's a mom now....

To be fair, the pill isn't 100% effective (even a slight chance is a chance for it to happen) and condoms break. So they could have been using protection and just had some misfortune.
