Today, I've tried to start a conversation with my co-worker by telling her a joke. I went for an epileptic joke. Of course she's an epileptic. FML

Here's some really simple advice: if it's at the expense of a demographic, it isn't a joke, it's bigotry, so don't say it. There you go, easy way to not do this again.
