Yikes. That's awkward. Don't take it personal OP, does he tell you ever selfie you send is beautiful? He probably is just trying to compliment you regardless whether the selfie is cute or not
Bitches be tricksy.
You mean italics?
You completely deserved this.
Having ADD, that's totally something I would do.
Agreed.
He was looking at your boobs
Prosopagnosia, google it. This could 100% happen to me. I see you... I see you... turn around and I have no idea whether you have a moustache or what shape your eyes are. None. New haircut? Don't recognise you till you start talking. And the worst part of it is that I grew up mixing people up and being socially awkward without realising what the problem was - I had never considered that this wasn't how all people were.
While I do agree that prosopagosia is a possibility, it seems a bit far-fetched to me. It just seems more probable that (assuming she also used Snapchat to send it and not just to face-swap) he only saw it for a very short time and/or wasn't actually looking at his screen until the very last moment. This happens to me all the time when I check my phone and someone comes in and tries to talk to me. Then he just remembered that it looked somewhat like his girlfriend (and obviously she had sent it to him) and decided to compliment her. Again, not saying that prosopagnosia is not right, I just think that there might be an easier explanation.
Maybe he finds the best friend beautiful
That was the implication, yeah.

He probably noticed you looked strange or different, but didn't want to say it to hurt your feelings. That's what I'm thinking
