Today, I learned my grandson tells everyone I have dementia to explain his compulsive labeling of everything in our house. Apparently, I otherwise don't know what is the "table" or "sink" or "refrigerator". This puts his friends' behavior towards me in a new light. FML

I was going to make a joke, but I forgot what it was.

Well, just for the laugh try to act like you do and see if his friends stick around. :p

You'd rather have yourself be made fun of than your grandkid, surely?

I feel like this really needs a follow up.

Maybe he thinks that you have dementia. If you don't then explain to him all the labeling of thing so when asked he can tell the truth.

Swipe labels around to drive him nuts!

Next time you hear he's coming over, take off all the labels; not only will his ocd be killing him, but his friends will be wondering what labels he was talking about and think hes crazy.

You are a much nicer person than me, because I would have so much fun messing with him and his friends.
