Today, I got my driver's license. My dad made multiple copies of his insurance cards for me to give to people when I inevitably hit them. Because "Let's face it." FML

Lol, my dad always had this type of sense of humor. He was mostly serious about this though, so we keep the 10+ cards in the glove box.

It might have been a douchey move but that's smart to do anyways just in case something DOES happen. Just prove him wrong by being extra safe. :) Congrats on getting your license though, OP! :D

Be extra careful to prove him wrong...but he is right it does happen at times...as long as there is no injury or major damage you should be alright
