Today, I got hit by a car. Not a real one, though; my sister thought it would be funny to take her RC car and smash it over my head as hard as she could. FML
I agree, your life sucks 28 035
You deserved it 2 404

Gilan tells us more.

So a follow up. Once my head felt better I did buy her a new one. I do see a few asking what I did to deserve this. She's only three and didn't realize there would be any consequences, only thinking it would be funny. The only thing I can think of doing to even possibly deserve it is I told her she needed to stop running around yelling. But nah, all's well now I guess

Well your head will heal but her car is probably broken now, we will see who comes out the real winner

what did you do to deserve that??? ouch!!!

Hit her with and say "HOW DOES IT FEEL BITCH"

Now now, lets not get out of Control. She just needed a crash course in driving. Had a rather smashing effect though.

So I did buy her a new car because she's my best bud and I felt bad. But she's three, so she didn't quite realize what the end result would be. But nah, my head feels much better and she's snuggling up to me again, so all's good

You're a better sibling than I am, I wouldn't have let her have an R/C car until she bought her own.

So she hit you over the head with it...and then you bought her a new one. Dude. No.

Age doesn't mean shit, kids that age need to learn that bad behavior will have serious consequences.

Just curious as to why a 3 yr old even has an rc car. Wired or wireless, rc cars shouldn't be handled by anyone under 6 due to the small parts being choking hazards (at least that's the usual guidelines)

Guidelines also dictate you can not smoke or drink till at least 18 (16/19/21 depending where you live) and that you shouldn't have sex before you are married. As long as proper parenting is going on and the 3 year old is being supervised constantly, while in possession of the toy, then there is no real harm in it.

She got one of the cheaper big ones rather than some sorta fancy one with a bunch of parts. It's just a basic car that she can make go forward and turn. But nah, I guess if she can play with tablets than she can play with R/C cars

They also make rc cars for toddlers that are cheap and have two or three buttons. My son has had one.
