Today, despite the schedule saying I was off, I found out I’m supposed to be working because my boss changed the schedule without my knowledge. FML

I had a boss who did that too. He’s the same guy who laid me off 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas. His reasoning? He called me unreliable because I was forced to leave a half an hour early one day. It didn’t matter that I arranged someone to cover for me or that the reason I had to leave was because my baby was sick and I got the latest appointment I could at the doctors office. 25 years later and it still bugs me to think about him.

Today, during a driving lesson, I stopped behind a taxi, and got more and more annoyed when the traffic wouldn't move. A few minutes later, my instructor couldn't hold his laughter any more and pointed out I'd somehow zoned out and entered a taxi rank. FML
