Smokey eye when you got insomnia? I thought ppl get dark circles UNDER their eyes when they are sleepless o.O

I used to have really bad insomnia due to anxiety, depression and traumatic events. It's horrible when all you want to do is sleep but you can't, and you're too exhausted to get up and do anything else even though they say just lying there is something you should not do. I'd also stop breathing or have panic attacks in my sleep. I now have to take prescription meds to fall asleep. That's why I think insomnia is no joke and it really bothers me that so many other people can't sleep.
