Today, my workplace instituted a policy in which employees must stop and write down what they are doing every fifteen minutes. FML

I'd hate to be working on something very intricate and needing to write down a detailed description. 11:15 - Worked on ...... 11:30 - Continuing from 11:15 update. 11:45 - Finishing 11:15 update, starting 11:30 update. Sounds vicious.

That obviously means that your business is full of lazy people who aren't being productive with their time and the company is going to weed them out. This has a con because it interrupts the people who ARE working.
