I had a lot of problems with my period. Like many many problems. And the birth control pill took care of all of them almosy immediately. I know its not for everyone but if you are not on it, it might be something to consider

Doctors won't do anything but tell her it's all in her head.

You may have a poor doctor and might consider seeing someone else; I have several sisters and friends whose doctors recommended treatments that worked pretty well for them.

Maybe you should try another pain killer. There are many to choose from.

Are you on a birth control? It might help if you aren’t and depending on what you are on if you have it already, you may need to change. Definitely go see a dr tho

That’s called dysmenorrhea and it’s easily treated with birth control pills. Also it often goes away after your first pregnancy so if you ever plan to reproduce, you probably don’t have to live with this for 30+ years. Good luck, I’ve been there.

The same happens to me every month. I am now 40 and the doctors now recommend hysterectomy. Once this pandemic is over

I was the same way before I got on birth control. That’s not how it’s supposed to be, not at all. Talk to your doctor. And you may not even have to be on bc your whole life. I’m not on it anymore, and my periods have significantly improved (they still suck more than I think is normal, but compared to what it was, it’s a blessing)

My love, mine use to be the same way and then I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had the surgery to remove the scar tissue and now the pain has gone down significantly. Please go see a doctor, that is not normal at all! The surgery was super fast and easy and I was back to normal 3 days later.

Those are not menstrual pains. Get checked For Endometriosis/Adenomyosis with associated Inflammation of the bowel (causes constipation and pain)

Take ponstan in the 2 days before your period is due. It’s been a game changer. I hope it works for you too x
