Today, my girlfriend confronted me about having an active Tinder profile. When she showed it to me, it was someone pretending to be me. But that now begs the question: Why is she on Tinder? FML

Two possibilities - Either she’s insecure or not very trusting and was checking you out on Tinder, or she was looking for herself to see if she had any better options… I doubt she would have told you if it was the second (shopping for a new BF). So most likely she has trust issues. There are a variety of reasons that could be ranging from a bad experience to being insecure to being untrustworthy herself or even questionable observations of OP… I suggest asking GF why she was on Tinder.

There is a third option. One of her friends told her her boyfriend is on Tinder, so she created an account to see (I don’t know if one can browse without an account or not)

Hate to say it, OP. I think your girlfriend is looking to get demoted to ex girlfriend so she's got an excuse to go with her new man. Granted I don't know a lot about the situation from here, but from what you've said it looks a lot like your relationship with her is over. Sorry, OP.
