Son, I am disappoint.
Today, I found out that my favorite employee doesn't actually like his job at our company. He confessed that he's working here just to use the routine drug test policy as a way to stay clean. FML

Am I the only one concerned that OP referred to the person as their favorite employee? If you're the boss, OP, you should not have a favorite employee. That makes the work situation lousy for all the other people there, not to mention you'll always take that guy's side even if he's wrong.
