Today, I was thinking about this girl who I have feelings for. I haven't talked to her in three years, and recently developed these feelings. Out of curiosity, I asked her friend what NOT this girl's type is. She pretty much described me. FML

Life can be complicated. It’s genuinely difficult some times finding a person who likes you and you like them. That’s why you do it gradually - You get to know them and they you before obsessing over them…. Very rarely do real people suddenly decide they like someone who they had no interest in before.… Especially if you are young (or very old) I suggest looking for a person who shares an interest that you have. Then get to know them, let the relationship develop if it’s going to. Also, drop whatever list you have in your mind about the perfect someone. You’re not perfect, none of us are. But we can usually find someone who is a good match - It just takes time.
