Today, I found out my best friend was having a birthday party and I wasn't invited, so I asked her why. She replied, "What birthday party?" It was a surprise birthday party. FML
Today, I'd planned a surprise party for my best friend's birthday. However, she apparently found out about it and told me at the last minute she couldn't make it, probably to avoid being the center of attention. I'd already invited all of our mutual friends, so I had to awkwardly cancel the party. FML
Today, after I spent months assisting my 'work bestie' with planning/arranging her "Surprise!" wedding, Surprise! I wasn't invited. FML
Today, it was my best friend's birthday party. Her boyfriend and I agreed to organize a dinner date to surprise her and celebrate. They celebrated, but forgot me until they arrived at the restaurant and saw the dinner reservation under my name. FML
Today, I spent a lot of money buying a birthday gift for a close friend, only to find out I'm not even invited to the party. FML
Today, I found out my best friend had 3 birthday parties for herself over the weekend. I wasn't invited to any of them. When I asked her why, she said I "didn't fit in" to any of the groups that were at the parties. All my other friends were invited. FML
Today, I planned a surprise birthday party for my best friend. I told her to “be home by 7 for a little surprise.” She got home at 6:55… with her new boyfriend. Surprise: he hadn’t been invited. Awkward family introductions followed. FML

Today, it was my co-worker's birthday but she told me not to mention it. Feeling bad for her, I went out to buy her a card, a present, and even a small cake. It turns out that there was actually a party during our lunch break, and I was the only one in our office not invited. FML

Cancel the surprise party then. **** her, if shes not not going to invite you to her party shes obviously not a real friend. If she was she wouldn't be annoyed or embarrassed or whatever by you being there. If she thinks you were ignoring her or whatever then explain it to her if she doesn't care she needs to grow up and stop being dependent on you.

I don't think it was your best friend. If they were actually any kinda friend at all you should've been invited. At least now you know where you stand, socially at least, with this person.

Best friend, you say? I hope you figure out some way to get her there and make her feel like crap for not inviting you to her first b-day party. I then hope, you resign her from bff position in front of everyone. Good luck; you deserve a better friend!!

Kill her with kindness and still throw the surprise party. She'll feel horrible for not inviting you to her party. Talk it out afterwards
