Not the one

Today, the guy who told me he “wasn’t looking for a relationship” started being in a relationship with another girl. I lost my virginity to him and went on a few dates with him. He’s actually confused as to why I’m upset about this. FML

"I'm not ready for a relationship" almost always translates into "I am not ready for a relationship WITH YOU", regardless of who it's coming from. It's a gentle way of saying, "This thing between isn't working/I don't see us having a future."

Don't think too deeply on it and keep looking.

So, just move on and find someone who wants to be in a relationship with you.
I'm assuming you two weren't official; in which case, he's free to date whoever he likes.

He's also free to express his disinterest in pursuing a relationship with you if he feels there's no compatibility.

You aren't entitled to a relationship with the guy just because you had sex and a couple dates with him.

Not to defend him, but you chose to sleep with him despite knowing that he didn't want a relationship with you. He wants one with her, and that's just how it is. It sucks and it stings but he never lied to you-- he didn't want one with you. If he didn't promise to be with you later, and you weren't exclusive, he can see whoever he chooses.
