Assuming the pregnancy was wanted, then I am sorry for the your loss. On the other hand - Your family was right about your having been pregnant even if they based it off the wrong observation, weren’t they?

It seems pretty clear OP was hiding her pregnancy from her family and hence was also hiding the miscarriage - Since to have a miscarriage she would have had to have been pregnant first. OP does not say if the pregnancy was desired or not.
