Dump him. If he's not willing to try to get cured, he's showing you no respect or compassion. You were stupid to stay with someone who hid their impotence the first time. Get un-stupid and move on.
If sex is that important to you and he's not willing to get therapy or treatment, dump him. If the emotional bond is still there, ask yourself if that's worth giving up.
if the emotional bond is still there but he cant/won't fix his problem, instead of dumping him, discuss getting a side piece. set boundaries etc, but if he is refusing to fix a part of the relationship then you should be allowed to "patch it" yourself until he fixes his part. if he refuses then yeah, maybe time to move on.
