Today, I had to pick my brother up from work because he broke down crying. I arrived to find that apparently, you can get so stoned that serving a pregnant woman at a fast food joint moves you to tears over the miracle of life. FML

Once super high on ecstasy my boyfriend (now husband) and I walked through a tiny cemetery in the middle of a suburban area. I remember balling over a tiny grave the mother was buried beside it the kid was maybe 7... Drugs just enhance your emotions, sometimes it really makes you appreciate life.

It was a long time ago, I'm past the point in my life where I want to use drugs. I don't regret it, nor do I think drugs are as harmful in moderation as they are portrayed to be. I think my experience with drugs has only made me understand life better, also understand why people struggle with addiction. It's funny how people will get black out drunk and it's okay and legal but doing an illegal substance and being fully aware of where you are and what you're doing is wrong.
