Today, I learned never to try a jump-scare prank on my boyfriend. Apparently, his instinct when suddenly scared isn’t to jump or scream like a baby, it’s to throw a blind punch. Luckily, he missed but he broke my glasses by knocking them off my nose and now he won’t stop apologising. FML

1. He didn't really miss if he "knocked your glasses off your nose". He grazed you but you luckily avoided a concussive blow 2. YDI for triggering his fight-flight instincts. Prank more carefully in the future, ma'am

Yeah that’s all on you. Fight or Flight is a heck of an instinct and it will hurt like heck if you get fight. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

did this to a friend of mine. luckily I was able to open my fist before I punched her. Still shoved her hard to the ground though. remember flight OR fight. some fight
