Today, I walked in on my husband making out with another woman in our couch. When I gave him the mother of all verbal lashings, he asked me, “Oh, you didn’t get my text?” The fucker actually announced he wanted a divorce over text message. He was serious. FML

what an idiot. until you two are actually separated and then divorced he is cheating and depending on states that can make it to where he will owe you longer spousal support . I believe though if your in a 50/50 state it won't matter you get half no matter what.

Was just going to say. Yup. Document and use in court to say he cheated on you. No relationships or hook ups till the divorce is finalized. On the positive side, the fact he did it through text is confirmation that divorce is the right call....well besides the cheating
