My advice is don't sit on concrete or anything cold. I know I get small painfull pimples if I sit on something cold and you might have the same thing

To anyone saying that OP isn't washing enough, washing doesn't really help acne all that much because acne comes from below the skin's surface. OP - Consider going to your doctor to get a recommendation to see a dermatologist.

Go to the doctors and get tetralysal, it clears it up. :)
