I had the same problem. For everyone saying its because you don't wash yourself, don't listen. I went to a dermatologist and they told me its actually a fungal infection. It's because you sweat. Fungus and bacteria like to grow in warm dark wet places. This applies. Use something called Lotriman. It's an antifungal. It's used for athletes foot but I used it for two weeks and it's gone completely. For any scarring use vitamin E oil. Hope it gets Better OP!!!
