Always wait until the job offer is negotiated.
Questionable social media posts, burning bridges... You sound like a hot mess.
When you apply for a job, make sure you either deactivate your social media or make your profiles private. As a rule of thumb if you wouldn’t want your employer to see it, you shouldn’t post it. On this day an age of the social media boom this happens too often. Ive seen even employed people get fired over racy social media posts. Be mindful of what you post and if you have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all. Also, you should have waited until you got your OFFICIAL START DATE at your new company prior to quitting and insulting your boss in the process. Don’t count the chicks before they hatch.
Stupid Bastard Syndrome strikes again! You're well on your way to that Darwin Award, dumbass.
There is no universe in which you don't deserve this. You immaturely and unprofessionally quit your job before you knew the outcome of the new one, and you're obviously not careful about what you put on social media. I hate when employers go to your personal stuff online, but the fact is, it happens, so we always have to be careful what we post. Considering the way you burned bridges, I can only imagine what kind of crap you have all over the Internet.
Now why would you burn bridges with your old employer?
