Boss makes a dollar…

Today, after one year of overworking myself to the point of panic attacks multiple times a week, I finally got my annual raise, which is given based on performance and effort. My warehouse's minimum production is 95. I regularly was in the 130s. My raise was 2 cents. FML

Well, they have obviously given you their 'two cents'. Time to give two cents worth of effort.

Start looking for another job elsewhere because there’s not much future there. Don’t tell anyone at work you’re looking until you actually get and take an acceptable new job and have given your boss notice. Remember your co-workers are not your close friends, they are co-workers and talk can go around fast. You don’t want your current boss actively sabotaging your job search. While it’s tempting to slack off now, you may someday need a recommendation from your current boss. So it’s better to keep things normal until you actually quit.

Give them 2 in return. One on each hand. Then give them your $.02 in a statement to go **** themselves and find another job.

Good for you! I took this leap in February and so did another former coworker. We both work better jobs and love them more and even physically are doing better than dead end jobs. It’s not easy to leave. When you feel the effort you put in shouldn’t be lost, it can drag down what you believe you are really worth. My defining motivation was when I was told to “know my place!” My response came as “and that is no longer here at this job!”
