Bad news

Today, the dentist told me I needed to have two of my wisdom teeth on opposite ends of my mouth pulled. I suppose a liquid diet won't be all that bad. FML

I've had all my wisdom teeth removed and never went on a liquid only diet. For like the first 2 days I ate soft foods and drinks that I could easily swallow like milkshakes, smoothies, applesauce, pudding, and ice cream. The first day you can be so out of it, you won't remember if you ate or not.

Your dentist doesn’t have to do both sides at the same time if you are concerned about not being able to chew…

You’re being really overdramatic. Many, if not most people have their wisdom teeth pulled all at the same time. It’ll be fine

That leaves you with about 30 other teeth to chew with.

I’ve had 3 teeth pulled and never once went on a liquid diet. I was able to eat soft food
