Content almost refused by staff

Today, my family holiday is ending. I am severely sunburned and my entire back/shoulder area is peeling, which is itchy and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my mum put the lotion I have been using to treat my burns in her suitcase, which is on another flight. Only 8 hours to go. FML
