Today I was at the petrol station. I spilt petrol on my pants. Later that evening I went to a BBQ. I lit the BBQ on fire and it went up in flames.. So did I. FML

Today, I was giving a patient an injection when I heard a cracking sound and the needle was gone. Panicking, I got a doctor to have a look. The patient was sent to have x-rays to find the needle in her thigh. I then noticed the springback system in the syringe. FML
