Today, I walked in on my sister having sex with her 18 year-old boyfriend. She's 15. They were also doing it on my bed. FML

OP is from Texas, where the age of consent is 17. Anyone under age 17 can not have sex with someone more than three years older than them, as they are still considered unable to consent. So, unless the sister and her BF share the same birthday, the Bf could in fact be tried for statutory rape. Unfortunately, it's hardly that simple in reality because of community politics and the strain it would cause for OP to go straight to the police. Which means that OP is best off informing her sister's legal guardian- unless they ARE said legal guardian, in which case they would have to make that choice. In the meantime, I'd invest in a locking doorknob that opens with a key, and put that on the door to avoid any further crusty stains on sheets and musky odors from the bed. That sentence made me gag a little.

depending on where you live this is illegal. I strongly suggest you let her school know or your parents so they can safeguard it and make sure she is being safe.
