Today, the main cause of my recent boost in anxiety is in fact the amount of debt that going to a therapist in the first place has put me in. I guess he did help me find the main cause of my emotional issues. FML

I know what I wouldn't be doing without the time I spent with a therapist: Leaving the house. It is time for the world to grow up and stop pretending that letting mental health issues fester and pretend that it would make them look weak to seek professional help. Ignoring it like the "good old days" seems to get us nowhere

I feel your pain. Luckily there was a program I could join that pays for 6 visits before a review is done. Maybe see if you can find something similar? Saved me $170 a visit.
