Today, I realized my dad used all my education money to rent a expensive apartment while not sending me money for my basic expenses here abroad. I have no money to go out. FML.

Clarify "going out". Are you needing to pay for transportation? To get to school? Or partying and seeing what's available for fun? I agree with the other comments. Unless you have no food or shelter, you're a spoiled brat who is capable of working and paying for your own things. I always have. Good luck.

Get a part time job. Pay your own way. Studying abroad is a luxury that very few people get to do. This isn't an FML. It's more like an FSB - a ******* Spoiled Brat.
