Not to be rude but like… I have no idea what the issue here is, why your friends are involved, or how your mother’s health issues are linked to your ownership (I assume?) of the farm. Also what the heck did you even write for them to bring the hammer down so badly?

Abuse of healthcare workers in any form is not tolerated and never should be. If you had a problem you could’ve contacted them like an adult but you wrote a pissed off email and they did their jobs with it

First sentence: Good start. Standard "FML" set up. Second sentence: Not really sure what this has to do with the first sentence, but it's your story, so continue. Third sentence: Who is "they"? The friends or the people representing the US medical system? Last sentence: Where does the fraud come into play, and why would your departure mean you get to keep your farm? Is it not at risk of being seized if you're found guilty of fraud?

If you didn’t want them to take your email seriously, you shouldn’t have sent it.

This is convoluted. For me, this screams "narcissist who's wrong but trying to convince others that he's right". Just my personal experience, but it seems to work.
