Today, like every day, my neighbor thought she could park anywhere she wanted. The landlord still won't do anything. FML

Police can't get fingerprints off of rocks unless they're completely smooth. Also, a bar of soap is like a marker to windows, except much harder to remove. Raw eggs thrown at a vehicle in the winter not only eat the paint, but will most likely remove it when it freezes to the vehicle! Well I've done my good dead of the day! Good luck OP!

Sugar in the gas tank doesn't do anything at all. That's an old junior-high-school myth. Sugar won't dissolve in gasoline.

a friendly call to the police can get her a ticket as you need your car and can't move it. a few of those tickets or tow bills and you should be good!
