You must feel like an ass. Butt, seriously, folks...
Take this as a new start. Step out to anywhere. A hiking trail, take up yoga whatever. It’s not too late to change.
I am incredibly sedentary - disabled, I have an excuse, it hurts like hell to walk - but you do have to make an effort. Set yourself a timer and shift positions in your chair every 20 minutes (and drink water when that alarm goes off, too). My problem is pressure sores on my ankle because I only really have one comfortable foot position, but even there, I have to reposition every 20 minutes. Heal quick!
If ordering a smart watch is not a possibility for you, set a timer that reminds you to get up every hour and get some steps in.

It’s not just sedentary lifestyle, your nutrition and hydration play a huge part as well as how you take care of your skin. You getting up and walking around every two hours, eat healthier, where possible, drink plenty of water and get a barrier cream for the wounds.
