What and how? Did her best friend end up with her boyfriend? Was her boyfriend a guy? A girl? Did she decided to start making out with her friend who liked her so her boyfriend left her for cheating? I want more details!

The way I read it was that OP’s best friend was in the friend zone with OP’s boyfriend (my guess is OP didn’t know that her best friend was coveting her boyfriend), OP gave her friend advice, which helped her land OP’s boyfriend, resulting in OP really losing a boyfriend and a friend. 😕
