There IS a solution... call his office and schedule an appointment. I don't know what you're being treated for... but sometimes you have to be a grown up and do grown up things, like taking responsibility to schedule appointments.

proper termination of treatment is a part of our ethics code. I'm sure it was a simple scheduling error, but he should conduct a follow up phone call at least
