Today, I was chatting to a nice girl at the mall, and I said if she didn't get a raise, I would write to the management. She said they have no email address, and I replied that I meant an actual letter. "Like, on paper?" she said, "Damn, how old are ya, pops?" I want a ticket off this planet. FML

Today, I sent a polite yet strongly-worded email to one of my corporate clients in which I expressed my irritation at being asked the same question by the same team for the 4th day in a row. I ended it with "Regards!" but accidentally swapped the 'g' with a 't'. FML

Today, I was working a concert ticket booth. A lady gave me her ticket, I punched it, and told her to enjoy the show. She asked for the “hotel.” Apparently, she thought that the concert ticket cost included a hotel stay, since she traveled from out of state. She cussed me out and had to be escorted out. FML

Today, I handed a written complaint to a shop manager about an employee who had used foul language to my teenage daughter. I then watched as he took the complaint to the employee in question, they read it together, laughed, then the manager tore it in half and threw it in the bin. FML

Today, at work, an elderly lady came up to the cash register with a flyer in her hand, and asked if we had a certain item. I told her we did not have any left, and we would be getting more next week and if she wanted, I could give her a rain check. She hit me in the face with her purse. FML

Today, I was emailing a government employee at the place I'm hoping to get hired by. I realized too late I had been emailing her with my personal email address, which is rather jokey and unprofessional. She noticed and started referring to me as that. FML

Today, I received a very angry email from the lady who interviewed me for a position at a clothing store. She told me I was entitled, unprofessional, and greedy. Apparently, “Because I need money to pay my bills and feed my daughter” wasn’t an appropriate response to, “Why do you wanna work here?” FML

Personally, i would rather leave the less intelligent of our generation here. This planet is basically trashed anyways. Pollution, radation, lack of food, water and adequite living space. I cannot remember which one but one of jupiter's moons is the closest to earth in density and gravity. We would need to construct an artifical atmosphere but it could be done. We have the technology.

What about water? Temperature? Sure, there's space but did you even consider anything else? What about the climate? Food? Sure, the density and gravity may be the same, but that doesn't mean anything. Introducing animals to foreign worlds, I assume, is more dangerous than taking them into different countries. New diseases, I'm guessing, would be a problem. We can't just up and switch planets as easily as you think. When we finally got around to getting all our shit together and figuring the whole thing out you and I would be long dead.
