Today, I was tested positive for Covid-19, after suffering with some of the symptoms of the disease two days ago. Last week, I had to pretend I was infected with it to avoid going to a friend's party, as my ex-girlfriend would be there. Ain't life a bitch? FML

You didn't HAVE to pretend to be infected... you CHOSE to pretend. Ain't life a bitch? At least now you have a real excuse to not go to parties.

Hey, even if you werent showing symptoms last week you still could've been contagious so it's actually a good thing you didn't go to that party. Any unvaxxed person there would have had to get tested if you had, so you saved them a hell of a lot of hassle with your at-the-time lie
