Damned if you do and damned if you don't kind of situation. Sucks, no matter what you do you can't win.
I assume that where you live is your “relative’s” home. The only long term solution is to get a job and a place of your own when you are able. Make your plans based on that. In the meanwhile you could try to find some compromise with this “relative” since it sounds like she is as unhappy as you are with the current situation. By the way it would be a bit easier to understand if you had said Mom or Stepmom or Aunt or Grandma or Sister or whatever the relationship is. When you appear to hide behind a generic description of “relative” for this person it makes it sound like you leaving out something important to the story.
Yell back and know you're worth more than she's tryna ng to make you out as.
