Be productive! At all costs!

Today, it yet again feels like everyone at my job hates me. I'm doing almost everything they do with two people on shift, while I have the solo shift, but I'm constantly told I'm not good enough. I just wanna be happy again. FML

Time for a new job. Seriously. It won't make you happy because work sucks but you will be happier. That's all we can ask for in life. 🫂

Slow down. Make sure you only accomplish half of what a two-person shift does, otherwise you make them look bad. Being an overachiever doesn't win popularity contests.

This is solid advice. Once people decide they don't like you it's near impossible to change. There's a very high chance it has more to do with who they are than who you are. Regardless changing employers is often a good move usually a 20-30% pay bump for similar work. So if you wouldn't take a 30% pay cut to work with these people than it's time to go.
