It could be several things why she acted like this. She sees OP as creepy and any attention towards her is unwanted and he does not take the hint, or she is just rude in general. Or, OP could just have such bad luck to the point of asteroids falling on people around him randomly throughout the day, and she said "Don't ruin it" because let's face it, having an asteroid fall on you would ruin anyones day (sarcasm).
